- In a roasting pan that has a lid add your steaks and cover with onions red peppers garlic parsley.
- In a 4 cup measuring cup add the pasta sauce which is around 2 cups worth then fill the rest with water so you have 4 cups all together.
- Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper + worcestershire and lemon juice mix together and pour over top of your steaks covering it.
- Cover and put it in the oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours ...serve with mashed potatoes or over rice.
