  4. Mix The Batter Gently And If the batter is Hard then Add little Bit milk for its smoothening..
  5. Now Take 100Gm.of Chocolate Compound and add 7-8 spoons Of Milk Made.Remember this should be done on Double Boiler by Placing kaanch bowl On Water.Now you ganash Is Ready!.
  6. Mix The ganash with The cake Batter.and Now Its Turn To Have A look on Cake tin..
  7. Grease The cake Tin with oil and dust Is With Maida or you can Simply use butter Paper..
  8. Add The Batter in the cake Tin and then firstly pre Heat the Container In which You are making The cake.Now Heat It for 1 hour and Your cake base is Ready!.
  9. Now Lets move on To Icing Part.Take amul cream and 300gm Chocolate Compound And Then Again make ganash and mix the amul Cream with ganash.Freeze It For sometime..
  10. After Your Cake is Ready.Freeze it for Maximun 3 hours..
  11. Now Cut The Cake Into 3 layers and add Sugar Syrup Between the 3 Layers..
  12. You can Add Different Ingredients between The cake Layers. for eg.Chocochips In the first Layer then Walnuts and almonds(Grinded) In the Second Layer..
  13. Now Do Like Icing On the Whole Cake.Remember to Do icing Between The Layers Also..
  14. Now with The Help Of Piping bag and Nozzle you can Simply Make Flowers or any Other pattern..
  15. Now Add a Pinch Of Colourful Sprinkles and Chocochips..
  16. Now Freeze the cake For 1 more hour.Then...Your Cake is READY....CUT IT AND ENJOY YOUR CAKE..
